- Regular hours (beginning September 2021): pick up 8:30am-10am, drop off 12pm-1:30pm.

- Summer hours: pick up 8:00am-9:30am drop off 11:30am-1:00pm.

- To keep our pack as happy and consistent as possible, we require a weekly commitment in the Pack Hike program. We are unable to hold your regular weekly enrollment if you plan to have more than three un-paid-for weeks at a time.

- All dogs go out on their one or more adventure day(s) per week. If you will be on vacation, let us know ahead of time, over 24hrs and there is no charge.

- A key or door code are required to participate in our programs, this ensures we are able to gain access to your home to retrieve or return your pup.

​

- If staff are unable to gain access to your home to return your dog within 15 minutes of their arrival, the dog will be brought to Zoe's home until they are able to be retrieved by their owner. 

​

- Hikes are hours long over mixed terrain. Staff are certified in pet first aid and carry first aid kits, any injuries are assessed on the trail reported to the owners.
